A 38-year-old man was arrested for cheating a woman and marrying her, concealing his first
marriage. After marriage, he had defrauded the woman by receiving 3 lakh.
The woman aged 34 is residing
at Saidapet and she is divorced. She was looking for remarriage on a matrimonial site. A man named Suresh saw her advertisement and introduced himself saying that he wanted to
marry her. They were married on June 29 last year. When Suresh said he needed
money, the woman gave him 3 lakh.
Recently, the woman got suspicious about the activities of Suresh and found that he was already married. She
filed a complaint with the Saidapet all women police station. A case
was registered and Suresh was arrested after investigation.
